International Orders

All international orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery times may vary for international orders and cannot be guaranteed.

For international orders, please note that all applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid," and do not collect any value-added tax (VAT), duties and/or taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Church + Cherry.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs authorities may delay delivery or deny release of your package(s).

Church + Cherry reserves the right to cancel any international order where: USPS Priority Mail International is not an available shipping method for the shipment destination; insurance is unavailable through USPS Priority Mail International for the shipment destination; the shipment to the destination country is not allowed or approved; or the shipment destination country is a sanctioned country (Cuba, Sudan, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, or any other country that may be so designated). For such order cancellations, a refund will be issued to the credit card used to make the purchase.
